Expectations & Requirements of HCPH
No Photo ID is required at HCPH Vaccine Sites
We are administering all recommended doses (1st, 2nd, additional 3rd, and booster) of Pfizer and Moderna (ages 6 months & up), and NOVAVAX (ages 18 & up) Covid –19 vaccines, Flu vaccines.
A second vaccine appointment (returning in 21- 28 days) will be tentatively depending based upon number of vaccines administered.
Community Partners will be observed between 15-30 minutes
